Lakehouse for rent in a picturesque place of nature. The house is located on the shore of the lake Latežeris, near a pine forest, just 6 km from the resort Druskininkai.

The house was built in 2015, it has all the modern amenities, it is very comfortable and cozy.

Up to 6-8 persons can stay in the lakehouse. So it is comfortable for a large family or even two families, that want to spend vacation or weekend together.

The house consists of:

  • Living room with a fireplace, comfortable leather sofa bed, and large window with a spectacular panoramic view to the lake.
  • A special space on the second floor for reading with a perfect view to the lake and pine forest.
  • 3 bedrooms on the second floor with lake views and pine forest view.
  • Comfortable kitchen with a stove and oven, erfrigerator, microwave oven, corckery and cutlery.
  • A large and comfortable dining table for the whole family.
  • Spacious bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, washing machine) with heated floor and a toilet with a sink on the second floor.
  • Wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

A wide private territory of the house contains:

  • Private territory on the shore of the lake; the nearest neighbours - 500 meters away.
  • Two large terraces.
  • An arbour at the lake with wind curtains ang lounges.
  • Sauna for an extra fee.

Distances: 6 km from Druskininkai, 130 km from Vilnius, 130 km from Kaunas.

Lakehouse rental price is negotiable and depends on the number of the guests, period of stay and the season.
